Seal Waxing

     Seal waxing is a method to verify something such as documents and letters are unopened, it can also be used to verify the sender's identity. Wax melts and immediately hardens, forming a bond that is difficult to separate. Watching the YouTube video that is mentioned at the end of the post,  I can't help but to think that seal waxing is beautiful art, not only it secures the letters, it also act as a decoration. It can be satisfying to look at people doing seal waxing as well.

     In modern days, the use of sealing wax has become more for ceremony such as wedding invitation than security. However, I find that it is a shame that seal waxing is not popular like before due to the Information Age.

     Beside doing seal waxing on the papers, I have discovered that seal waxing can be done in order to make jewelry, and people call them "Wax Seal Jewelry". Just like the name suggested, wax seal jewelry such as pendants can be made by jewelry artisans using the wax.

Ozabu

     Ozabu is an artist who draws soft and smooth drawings that are related to Japanese extracts with mechanical pencil. Ozabu's drawings are usually very light and soft. Just like Dimitra Milan, Ozabu's passion for arts was big influence by her parents. However, as a self-taught artist, Ozabu did not use any reference books nor does any research on what the other artists use to draw and such.
