DJ Okawari - Flower Dance ダンスの花





     DJ Okawari is an independent Japanese DJ, record producer ans composer born and based in Shizuoka, Jaapn. His style of music mixes instrumental hip hop, nu jazz, chillhop and Japanese jazz. Piano is the instrumental theme in his music. Flower Dance is one of my favorite music made by him, there are also other songs that caught my attention such as Represent, Luv Letter and the Kaleidocscope album.

     The songs composed by DJ Okawari are very calming and relaxing in my opinion, Listening to them can even help me concentrate on my work as well, just like classical musics. Some people feel emotional after listening to his music and even commented that these musics made them think about life. Either way, these musics are very beautiful and I would suggest people to listen to them.

The Potato Girl   ( Storyline )     Many people eat potatoes , either in the form of french fries or mash potatoes . A potato had been witnessing all these scenes where it sees it ’s comrades being eaten in the cruel ways . It felt a great fear in facing it’s destiny as a potato and it’s inner thought had created a miracle , which is why it turned into a potato girl in the next morning .
